The North Western Library is a co-operative regional Library service covering the Shires of Warren, Bogan, Gilgandra & Coonamble. It was established in 1984, serves a total population of 17 160 and covers an area of 40 241 square kilometers, with a trip around the branches totalling 488 kilometers.
