Any payments not received by the due dates indicated on your rates and instalment notices will be liable to interest charges and possible recovery actions if not paid. (Note: Reminder notices will be issued). Simple daily interest is charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 6% for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. If you are paying by mail, you should make allowances for postage time.

Telephone & Internet Banking via BPAY:

BPAY allows you the opportunity to pay over the internet or by phone from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Please contact your financial institution if you do not have this facility already set up.

Note: When making payments using BPay, please ensure the correct customer reference number is used. Customer reference numbers for rates begin with a 1 and water with a 2. Using the incorrect customer reference number will result in your payment being credited to the wrong account.

You can pay by mail

Please allow sufficient postage time for your payment to arrive at Council on the due date of each instalment. Make all cheques payable to Warren Shire Council. If a receipt is required, please tick the box where it is indicated on the deposit slip section of your notice and return to us. Retain the top portion for your records.
