The Australian Defence Force / Western NSW Local Health District second dose vaccination clinics will be in Warren on 16 September – 17 September 2021.

This clinic is by invitation only for all persons who received their first vaccination at the pop-up clinic on 23 & 24 August.

Where: Warren Sporting and Cultural Centre, Udora Road, Warren

Details:

    How will it run?

    People who received their first Pfizer vaccination at the Warren ADF walk-in clinic on Monday 23 August & Tuesday 24 August will be contacted by Western NSW Local Health District by either text or telephone to confirm: 

    • Their second dose.
    • The location of the clinic and;
    • Date and time to attend the clinic.

     

    If people are unable to attend they will need to seek their second dose from an alternative provider.

    • REMINDER Pfizer doses MUST be given at least 21 days apart.

     

    People must not attend the clinic if they:

    • Are waiting on a COVID-19 test result.
    • Are a CONFIRMED close contact of a CONFIRMED positive COVID-19 case.
    • Are unwell. Anyone with COVID symptoms should get tested & isolate until they receive a negative test result.
    • Have had ANY other vaccination (including flu) in the previous seven days.

    AstraZeneca recipients: 

    People who received AstraZeneca at the Warren ADF walk-in clinic on Monday 23 August & Tuesday 24 August will also be contacted by our team with advice on how to receive their second dose of the vaccine, in line with the 4 – 12 week interval. Closer to their second dose date, people will be contacted either by text or telephone to confirm:

    • Their second dose.
    • Where and when they will receive their second dose.
