POP-UP COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC - NO BOOKINGS NEEDED

Head down to Warren Sporting & Cultural Centre, Udora Street, Warren.

When:
Monday 23rd August, 10:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 24th August, 10am - 4pm.

Remember to come prepared with food and drink, as the queue may be long. Depending on the weather, a hat & sunscreen may also be advisable.

Western NSW Local Health District are partnering with the Australian Defence Force to provide this clinic.

Eligibility:
The following people are eligible for vaccination at this clinic:

12 years and over - for people who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander or have a significant underlying medical condition or disability.

16 years and over - for people from the general population.

Second dose clinics will happen three weeks later. Pfizer will be available.

*** You will need to bring a form of identification and your Medicare card ***

YOU MUST NOT ATTEND THIS VACCINATION CLINIC IF:
- You are waiting on a COVID-19 test result.
- You are a CONFIRMED close contact of a CONFIRMED positive COVID-19 case.
- You are unwell. If you have any COVID symptoms, get tested & isolate until you receive a negative test result.
- You have had ANY other vaccination (including flu) in the previous seven days.

Council encourages all eligible community members to utilise this service and continue to keep Warren Shire safe.
