On Saturday 29 May, the Warren Racecourse will come to life for the 141st annual Warren Show.

This year, Warren Shire Council will have a stall at the show with Councillors there throughout the day to meet and speak with shire residents.

The Council Stall will feature information on current and future projects including the Gym, Library, Carter Oval sporting precinct, Warren Airport upgrade and more.

Council’s General Manager, Mr Gary Woodman, says this important community event provides a chance for locals to speak first-hand with councillors about all aspects of Warren Shire life.

“With Councillors hosting the stall, it is a great opportunity for locals to meet face-to-face to give feedback, ask questions and share ideas to continue to improve our region,” says Mr Woodman.

“Warren Shire Council looks forward to being part of and supporting such an important community event.”

The Warren Show has a long history in Warren and is a day for the community to come together and celebrate the talents of local shire residents. From art, literary and baking exhibits, to horse riding and sheep judging, the show promotes a wide range of agriculture and produce from the Shire.
