Recent Works
Grading: Tyrie/Dandaloo Road, Canonba Road, Pleasant View Road and Merrigal Road.
Signs and Guideposts: Carinda Road, Wambianna Road, Marthaguy Road, Warren Road, Tottenham Road, Collie-Trangie Road and Pineclump Soldiers Road.
Slashing: Marra Road and Lemongrove Road.
Patching and repair: Collie-Trangie Road and Lemongrove Road.
Road Maintenance and Construction Schedule
Upcoming maintenance grading and rehabilitation works scheduled for September 2022 include:
- Heatherbrae Road, Cremorne Road, Dandaloo Road, Old Warren Road, Sullivans Road, Colane Road, Marra Road, Bundemar Road, Boss Lane, Wonbobbie Lane, Cullemburrawang Road and Gillendoon Road.
Road maintenance works may be subject to change with any inclement weather.
*Flood Damage Works Program being developed.
Capital Works in Progress
- Construction of Segment 30 of Old Warren Road funded by variations of Fixing Local Roads Round 3 funding after cost savings.
- Investigation and design work for CBD Improvement Program.
- Warren Road reconstruction, including new culverts, widening of the road, and pavement rehabilitation.
- Rehabilitation of Segment 18 of Collie-Trangie Road funded by the REPAIR Program 2022/2023.
- Gravel re-sheeting of Old Warren Road commencing in September, and other roads to be determined.
- Reseals of local roads and town streets to commence in October.
