Recent Works
Grading: Cremorne Road, Old Warren Road, Pleasant View Lane and Heatherbrae Road.
Signs and Guideposts: Cathundral-Bogan Road, Dandaloo Road, Buddabadah Road, Elsinore Road, Ellengerah Road, Old Warren Road, Canonba Road, Collie Road, Collie-Trangie Road and Warren town.
Slashing: Carinda Road.
Patching and repair: Collie-Trangie Road, Warren Road, Carinda Road, Marthaguy Road and Oxley Highway.
Road Maintenance and Construction Schedule
Upcoming maintenance grading and rehabilitation works scheduled for October 2022 include:
- Old Warren Road, Sullivans Road, Colane Road, Marra Road, Bundemar Road, Boss Lane, Wonbobbie Lane and Cullemburrawang Road.
Road maintenance works may be subject to change with any inclement weather.
*Flood Damage Works Program being developed.
Capital Works in Progress
- Construction of Segment 30 of Old Warren Road funded by variations of Fixing Local Roads Round 3 funding after cost savings.
- Investigation and design work for CBD Improvement Program.
- Warren Road reconstruction, including new culverts, widening of the road, and pavement rehabilitation. Culverts have been ordered and are expected to be delivered in January 2023.
- Rehabilitation of Segment 18 of Collie-Trangie Road funded by the REPAIR Program 2022/2023.
- Gravel re-sheeting of Old Warren Road, subject to use for Fixing Local Roads grant application contributions, and priority roads including Colane Road, Buddabadah Road and Gradgery Lane.
- Reseals of local roads and town streets to commence in October, subject to use for Fixing Local Roads grant application contributions.
