Get Ready for Kerbside Recycling

Making recycling easier is good for everyone.

This October, Council is introducing a new kerbside recycling service to eligible households and businesses across Warren, Collie and Nevertire.

Every eligible property will receive a new Council-owned yellow-lid recycling bin before the service begins.

With kerbside recycling available from home, it will be easier than ever to recycle more everyday items. Every item recycled correctly helps keep more waste out of landfill, giving recyclable materials another life and supporting a more sustainable future for Warren Shire.

Are You Eligible?

The new kerbside recycling service is available to eligible properties that already receive Council's weekly general waste collection service within Warren, Collie and Nevertire.

What's Included?

Everything you need to get started is included as part of the new kerbside recycling service.

The annual recycling charge funds:

  • one Council-owned 240L yellow-lid recycling bin
  • fortnightly kerbside recycling collections
  • recycling processing
  • community education and resources to help residents recycle right.

Dates For Your Diary

From Friday 11 September 2026

A specialist contractor from JR Richards & Sons will begin delivering Council-owned yellow-lid recycling bins to eligible properties across Warren, Collie and Nevertire.

On Wednesday 7 October 2026

Fortnightly kerbside recycling collections begin.

There's plenty happening behind the scenes as we prepare to launch Warren Shire's new kerbside recycling service. We're also putting the finishing touches on our online Kerbside Recycling Hub.
